KLS Direct Marketing, Inc., otherwise known as African American and Hispanic Marketing, is a minority owned company that focuses on Diversity Marketing. Founded by Lamont Stanley in November 1999, KLS started off as a direct mail advertising company sending out co-op direct mail packets to African Americans and Hispanics consumers in major markets nationwide. Many companies like Walgreens, Procter & Gamble, Kraft Foods, and Lawry’s Seasoned Salt, SC Johnson, KFC and Coke have used KLS Direct Marketing, Inc., direct mail advertising, along with Ebony, Essence and Black Enterprise magazine.
Due to KLS Direct Marketing, Inc.’s growth, the U.S. Postal Service promoted KLS Direct Marketing in seven magazines with a full-page, four-color ad, which ran in Black Enterprise Magazine, Upscale Magazine, as well as regional and local publications. Outside of print, KLS Direct Marketing has been profiled on Atlanta’s local television stations in Atlanta, ABC and NBC as well WVEE (V-103), the top-rated radio station in Atlanta. Over the years, KLS Direct Marketing portfolio has grown by offering other services targeting the ethnic market which now include OTT Marketing, Email Marketing, Mobile Marketing, Political Marketing and Social Media.
